We went to see the movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps. FF was a superhero comit book published by Marvel Comics, starting in November 1961, the first superhero story created by artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby (1917-94) and editor/co-scripter Stan Lee (1922-2018).
This comit book or the story is one of the many memories for the people who grew up in the US. Their childhood books were so different from mine. My superheros were Zhou bapi 周扒皮 半夜鸡叫, Liu Wencai 刘文彩 …
The leading lady is one of my fave, Vanessa Kirby (1987 or 88-); and no, she is not related to Jack Kirby.
