Wow, a great book, from a great second hand book seller.
In China, by photojournalist Eve Arnold (April 1912–January 2012), published by Alfred A. Knopf in New York, 1980. It was her photo journal of China, in the late 1970s, documenting everything, which included the poem I knew so well.
The seller: Open Air Department (of Books) on Amazon. The book is in good condition (except the spine is loose, without the jacket). It was neatly wrapped, with a big bow, and arrived on time. Thank you.
