With abundant lawyers lurking around, we need to be careful when filling out forms or checking off boxes. Here is one that puts me on the edge:
Check the following box if the account is JTWROS and the Primary and Co-Account Holders are married to each other
Hmmm… I think this company means the ABOVE two people who filled out this form. But it uses following box, which confuses me a great deal.
So is it above or following?
