Saw their promotion:\u00a0spend $130, to get\u00a0<em>Advanced Night Repair Intense Reset<\/em>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-27-at-11.50.38-AM.png\">$82 value<\/a>. I registered an account and placed the order online. The package came on time. However, without <em>Reset<\/em>. I contacted them on their Live Chat. A blue padded envelope came with a 0.05 fl oz packet arrived a few days later.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m annoyed, so this little flat packet is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-27-at-11.50.38-AM.png\">$82 Reset<\/a>? I looked up their site and contacted them again on Live Chat. After stating the case, all over again and furnishing all my info at agent Joseph&#8217;s request, thought we were done and left the chat. He emailed me the chat; at the bottom, I saw him asking for my order # and email (silly, isn&#8217;t?)<\/p>\n<p>So I contacted them the third time. After JulianneKea apolitically (they all were) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-27-at-10.34.10-AM.png\">processing the correct size<\/a>, I asked for a supervisor, to make sure I don&#8217;t have to contact them the 4th time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/IMG_8162-1-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-5990 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/IMG_8162-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>IF the promotion is no longer on their web site, I would not have remembered because the multiple items in the gift, EVEN I aimed at the <em>Reset<\/em>. I&#8217;d like some assurance that this time they will send me the FULL size and this kind of error is not happening again. After a few back and forth, JulianneKea reluctantly transferred me to a supervisor, Jessica who is pretty combative. She wrote that I contacted them three time for\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-27-at-10.58.17-AM.png\">a better appeasement<\/a>. Me seeking a better appeasement? It&#8217;s so WRONG: you cheated me, and I have to work extra for the item you owed me. She then centered me with\u00a0&#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/IMG_8304.jpg\">full size products at .05 oz on up<\/a>&#8216;. No, sweetheart, your website indicated, it&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-27-at-11.50.38-AM.png\">$82 value<\/a>, which is your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteelauder.com\/product\/689\/64873\/product-catalog\/skincare\/repair-serum\/advanced-night-repair\/intense-reset-concentrate\">retail price for the bottle at 0.68 oz<\/a>.
