She structured her book by continents and regions. China occupied two chapters in Part Two &#8211; Part One&#8217;s two chapters are devoted to the stories leading up to be her acceptance of the job.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/?p=3924\">Crisis of Character<\/a>, by Gary J. Byrne, 2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some chapters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 | China: Uncharted Waters<\/li>\n<li>5 | Beijing: The Dissident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The book is read by her and another woman. I must prefer her own voice: I like her diction a lot. The book receives\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/?p=3085\">a respectable ratings on Amazon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>From the hilarious episode of the blind lawyer Chen Guangcheng escaping the house arrest to arriving in New York, to gifting\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Russian_reset\">Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov the reset button<\/a> (her attempt to soften the U.S. Russia relationship in 2009), to President Obama pulling her over toward a window and whispered\u00a0&#8220;you&#8217;ve got something in your teeth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She also mentioned the women leaders in South America, such as Argentina &#8230; well I thought Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner got her job from her husband &#8211; he gave it to her. And the hedge fund guys bullied her by taking her plane away: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2013\/01\/10\/169077531\/argentine-leaders-plane-grounded-by-credit-holders\">NPR<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/business\/currency\/a-good-week-for-vulture-funds\">New Yorker<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/afontevecchia\/2012\/10\/05\/the-real-story-behind-the-argentine-vessel-in-ghana-and-how-hedge-funds-tried-to-seize-the-presidential-plane\/?sh=26764d8325aa\">Forbes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/argentina-to-negotiate-with-hedge-funds-2016-1\">BI<\/a>.
