After deleting their names, I posted again. Maybe it&#8217;s time you really look at them<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/IMG_0722.png\">unusual pattern<\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\">I\u2019m sorry that you\u2019re repeating yourself again: please explain clearly, what is or are \u201cthe unusual patterns\u201d???<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/ecommerce\/s\/jUCymfMz01\">Reddit<\/a> ecommerce \u00a0<sup>2025.10.29<\/sup><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Below is my 4th review of GetOpenLaw, on TrustPilot, posted on Aug 11, 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/IMG_0706.png\">4.7 out of 5<\/a> from 26 reviews):<\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">OpenLaw is irresponsible<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After three removals, this is my fourth review about OpenLaw on TrustPilot.<\/p>\n<p>The first time, it picked on me because I used two names of their staff members.<\/p>\n<p>The 2nd time, TrustPilot wrote, \u201cgetopenlaw.com has flagged your review because they don\u2019t think it\u2019s based on a genuine experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The third review was removed because it contained \u201cadvertising or promotional material\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Below is my review of GetOpenLaw:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">OpenLaw is quick to contact me, but ultimately very irresponsible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I got an <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">mail<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> from OpenLaw in Nov 2024, in all caps, stating:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Action required:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Pop n Sons Diner filed a lawsuit against you<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u2026<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At the time, I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">didn\u2019t<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> know Pop n Sons Diner was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonvoyage.ireneeng.com\/?p=88896\">Hales Blackbrick<\/a> (d\/b\/a). So I dismissed it as another junk mail. But then they followed it up by calling me on November 19, the day before I was <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">being served<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The male caller stated that they typically find out about the lawsuits before the defendants <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are even <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">notified<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">; he was a call scheduler responsible for arranging calls with an assistant who would then assign us to an appropriate attorney. I was very relieved and grateful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He looked at his calendar and offered a slot a few days (or a week?) later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">W<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">e\u2019re<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> leaving the country in two days,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He was kind enough to schedule us <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> next day at noon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A female caller called the following day, two hours earlier than the scheduled time. She was through. At the end of our conversation, she said an attorney would contact us shortly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Later that day, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I was served<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, after this call with her, all contact (phone and messenger text) from them ceased, no matter how many attempts we made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The problem was, I was about to leave for Asia for a month (part of it was at remote areas without wifi and or internet) \u2013 and I told them both about this. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The state <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I\u2019m<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in has 20 days <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">max<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to respond to a lawsuit.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> If I had known their behavior, I would not have relied on them<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> I could have found an attorney within the last two days while still in the country. It was a terrible situation they put me in: 12-hour time difference, plus spotty internet service, making communication to extend the response to the lawsuit very difficult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">P.S. Eventually, we found an attorney online, who made the extension, and ultimately won the lawsuit.
