The Girlfriend Experience by Steven Soderbergh, starring Sasha Grey about a high priced call girl in New York.

Set in the weeks leading up to the 2008 presidential election, ‘The Girlfriend Experience’ is five days in the life of Chelsea (adult film star Sasha Grey in her mainstream film debut), an ultra high-end Manhattan call girl who offers more than sex to her clients, but companionship and conversation — “the girlfriend experience.” Chelsea thinks she has her life totally under control–she feels her future is secure because she runs her own business her own way, makes $2000 an hour, and has a devoted boyfriend (Chris Santos) who accepts her lifestyle. But when you’re in the business of meeting people, you never know who you’re going to meet…

How interesting. Are Americans the new wordsmith?
Used car – Preowned (Honda is used car, but a MBW is preowned …)
Secretary – Executive Assistant
Housewife – Homemaker (yapeeee .. a CEO no less)
cleaner/salesman – associate (law firms have associates and banks have partners, correct?)
Sugar Daddy – TGE, The Girlfriend Experience

The movie isn’t about sex but relationships.
Hmmmmmm … Relationships like meals, everyone needs it. It can be simply as a quickie stop at McDonald’s or a multiple courses feast at Le Bernardin. You do what you can: what your social circle (or ambition) could reach and what you budget would permit.

The Internet has revolutionized the dating world. On one hand, it made meeting one another so much easier by clicking of a mouse. But on the other, people take it too casual. Some of them if not most. I think the Internet benefits the working girls the most. But again, meeting the right one, be your soul mate, life time partner, spouse or sugar parent, it takes compatibility and comprise, of course don’t forget the luck and fate … when all stars are lining up 🙂 Honesty in a relationship is as important as fresh ingredient in a meal.

Few days ago, we were talking about golf. A Caucasian man said that when he plays,
“We’re the ones who get up to tee off at 6am. By 11 or 12, as we were leaving, we begin seeing the Asians walk in. …”
So the Asian wives don’t nag/complain about their husbands gone missing?
Just ask Irene why did Golfer defeat to golf in the first place 🙂
