George Zimmerman sues NBC News .. Race, race, race .. mis-editing was wrong and Martin’s death was a tragedy. As a parent, my heart goes to his parents and famiy .. but race is not a dirty word. Once I called a local precinct and the person who answered the call, said to others that “an Asian female .. ” how did she know was beyond me. I could only guess that from my accent and last name? I never felt that she was being a racist. I felt grateful if by identifying a race means quick response time. When the officers arrived in the neck of time, they would know whom to look for, without guessing or delay. Why not? Besides, I’m an Asian. What’s so racist about a fact?
