My cousin in LA just bought a condo: 4 bed 2 bath. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and she’s going to add third bath there too. It cost US$350,000. She said the housing price has began to climb. For $800k up, there is shortage. Buyers are lining up to snatch the brand new over 1 mil housing
“You need lottery ticket to buy .. ”
It sounds like Hong Kong.
She said there are so many Chinese who purchase with cash – corruption. Many are Chinese econ criminals. I’m thinking: Chinese gov should come to USA to catch their most wanted: more or less, they live together, or near by.
