For a one bed room condo. The location is really ideal: 1.5 miles to Disney main gate, adjacent to World Wide of Sports, next to the main highway I-4, close to the best community Celebration in Orlando. However the windows of this suite are facing the highway I-4 and it is so noisy. Whoever checked in may ask to change the suite if the whole complex is not fully booked.
There are 7 buildings: 4 are next to the highway; 3 are by the swimming pool area which are much better. These are away from the highway. The inside of the suite is actually good enough for the price. The swimming pool, the lobby, the BBQ area are pretty good. Free breakfast is provided for all the guests. The rooms have wireless internet signal and the lobby has a PC with internet access. There is also a gym somewhere.
This particular unit under foreclosure has 2 full size beds. The living room has a Queen sofa bed. Bear in mind that photos always look better than the real thing. The real things look older. For the price, it is worth it. The location makes the place easy to rent with fluctuation.
It’s about 500 sq feet. Tax is $150 per month based on the old assessment of the value, may come down. Hotel takes 60% of the rental and they use it to pay salary and maintenance.
How about live there year around? $150 for the cleaning alone is worth it.
