Wine, in China

One of my classmates does a brisk business in Shenzhen/China, packaging French wine and sell them at premium. I don’t know what type of wine does he sell or the quality of the wine, but he’s very successful at it.

This time in Beijing, I got this as gift. Nice package. But has anyone seen a Cabernet wine? Cabernet Sauvignon yes, Cabernet franc, Sauvignon blanc but never Cabernet. Upon open, the wine smell terrible and the color isn’t right either. Did the chemist forget to finish the job? I didn’t know what to tell the gift giver. It’s not wine, it’s some kind of colored water with sediment. I wondered who’s intended consumers? People don’t know but like to gift it? Mercy me.
