When a orchestra critic sued his paper

Interesting: a 58-year old journalist sued his employer – the newspaper who employed him to write critics about the city’s orchestra but lost.

Don Rosenberg who’s been covering the classical music in Cleveland for 16 years for The Plain Dealer was pulled off the beat when he was very negative toward the orchestra, especially targeting conductor Franz Welser-Most. The Orchestra complained to the newspaper and the paper obliged, hence Rosenberg sued.
