大众创业不是制造数据

某地工商部门核查去年新注册的一批个体营业执照时,发现不少缺少经营场所,有名无实。细了解发现,原来,一些乡镇为完成创业指标,借用一些群众的身份证去登记注册,丝毫不管事后是否被查实注销。   这样的“红火”数据,与弄虚作假有什么区别?一个地方,能不能形成大众创业的局面,要看相关政策的落实力度、创业环境的改善程度,要看老百姓是不是真有创业的激情、创业的行动,而绝不是靠拔苗助长、造假数据来实现。出现这样的“数字游戏”“创业假象”,只能说明这些地方的干部,不仅落实中央政策不力,更反映了他们身上严重的作风问题与错误的政绩观。   多把心思用在如何降低创业门槛上,创新创业才会水到渠成。多把精力用于为民服务、干事创业上,才是真正的对上级负责、对群众负责,造福一方。(彭玉清) Entrepreneurship is not manufacturing (fake) data
