The venerable New York based stamp club arranged a luncheon at the Army and Navy Club during the Washington 2006 World Philatelic Exhibition in DC, the guest speaker was Karl Rove who is also a stamp collector. By all account, he’s pretty funny. hmmm, I really missed the boat.
