According to David Lu, his 中国集邮学报 that was re-launched on April 18, 2006 with 1,000 in circulation, cost HK$128 and US$25 had won Gold at the Israel and Czech’s World Philately within its category 以色列及捷克世界邮展中获文献类期刊组的镀金奖. He went on to say that this award is the highest 该类别中国邮刊(并非专著)在世界邮展中获得的最高奖 a Chinese magazine (not a monograph) had won.
I wish that I were able to make few final corrections - because during the sending/formating, the editor made some glaring mistakes in my article, not that my writing was totally perfect,
