According to David Lu, his 中国集邮学报 that was re-launched on April 18, 2006 with 1,000 in circulation, cost HK$128 and US$25 had won Gold at the Israel and Czech’s World Philately within its category 以色列及捷克世界邮展中获文献类期刊组的镀金奖.
