Little bit chocolate goes a long way

On Friday, the ship cooked up a chocolate storm before lunch (odd timing), as if we didn’t have enough to eat.  I was dying of Tiramisu.  The bakery staff did great job on Tiramisu, even only served it once (plenty at the feast - but who would have appetite that early?).  The soufflé were good too and they featured it every night.  I particular liked their Grand Marnier creamy sauce.
