The west should encourage Muslim to look at China, India ..
Did Kishore Mahbubani develop this idea from me? :) A well written article. And this one was published in the newspaper, not as a letter to the editor. .. When the 1.2b Muslims seeing China and India prosper, they’ll learn to ask why can’t we look like Chidia? And a successful Beijing Olympic game is a positive thing for the world (especially for Europe - America is an Atlantic ocean away from the mid east, remember)not just a coming out party for the Chinese. I particular appreciated Mahbubani pointed out that Europe often let little thing to cloud their judgement, like Burma (while there are 450m SE Asians around).
