Vocal on War, McCain Is Silent on Son’s Service
Read on the warmonger McCain’s silence on his son (a very moving article .. hopefully it won’t put the son in harms way!), the front page story continued to page 26 with a photo of him, an infant being held by his grandfather, a four-star admiral next to his father, a four-star admiral too. What striking was the picture of Obama holding an expressionless baby girl on page 27, so kiddish and amateurish. On the left page is a seasoned and decorated vet whose own son is fighting in the unpopular war, and on the right side of the newspaper is a un-tested greenish young candidate who enjoys the peace and freedom the older candidate provides since his grandfather and now to his son - four generations? And he or his supporters dared to call McCain a warmonger? Don’t Americans like to say .. put money where your mouth is or something like that? A call comes in at 3am? I’d rather have John McCain to answer it, a man with long and solid history serving this country, and who doesn’t think he has the right - entitlement - to the White House.
Btw, when can the American candidates stop holding babies as their holy grails?
Ok, for those who might suspect that McCain is using his son in service as a political tool, that is disrespectful and ungrateful!!! The man has more integrity than most in this world. If Obama wants to make clear that he loves America, then go serve in the army! Don’t just pay lip service. Four generations of McCains served or is serving this country, providing people like Obama the audacity of hope and opportunity.
