It’s been a decade since the little blue pill debut. We met a Cantonese friend right after it. The wife told me that she throw a surprise big four 0 for her husband. The 40th birthday was right before the debut. The public anticipation was high. She had a pianist serenading the guests, as the night wore on, a hot belly dancer arrived, continued the entertainment. One of their friends works at Pfizer, had some with him. At the end of the dance, the girl started dishing out the Viagra to the men. The whole house was boiling. Many their friends were older, in their 50s or so, they egged each other on to swallow the pill. Few couples left right after, claiming they had to rush home. Few were actually took the kids rooms, and one couple was urgently asking, “omg, she’s having period .. what can we do .. can we ??? ..” as if anyone knew. If you think Chinese are conservative, think again, :).
Just wondering are there many Viagra divorces nowadays, vs when it first came out? And how long would those kind of marriages last, on a life support?
