Olympic torch is burning hot
Chinese New Year (Feb 7th) is more than a month away, but dinner invitations are pouring in. Even got a Columbia Uni Chinese student org’s. They’re claiming this year’s is the grandest and the most impressive of all: inspire by the Beijing Olympic. Gee, I often ‘complain’ that we Chinese’s holiday season runs from Thanksgiving to Chinese New Year, usually in late Jan to early Feb. I have four ins and three outs till mid Feb, not counting the scheduled but not yet confirmed.. .. This year, it’s going to be extended into summer. Good to be a Chinese. Btw, the conversion is free
