Trek a maze
It’s been more than six month since we purchased third time share week. Thing got to a smoothie start and we got our deed made in June, recorded in August, then the title was transferred to us in October. Thought we’re done. Na. The hard part began. The resort Coral Reef or Reba Management is such lousy company to work with, they seemed have no idea what they’re doing. A woman named Lisa said she has all the paper work ready to send to RCI, the exchange company. Ten days later when I followed up on her, she was iffy about the doc was actually fedex out. Calls to RCI yielded no resort, since they received nothing. One Coral Reefer said yes we’re in their system, and anther denied. My feeling is that this resort is run by a small group of staffers with limited knowledge/ability or unwilling to get a simple job done. After months of waiting, gotten nowhere with the resort, I called up the closing company (which I think had done their part already), Maria promptly returned my call and pointed me to the right person who can solve my problem. V I Network is the company we purchased from, Matt said he sent out the doc in Oct, which sounds right. He said he’ll get back to me once he found out what’s going on. More waiting ..
