Hank Paulson, US Treasury secretary, diplomatically played down the idea that the US is competing with China for Africa’s expanding business opportunities, ahead of his whirlwind tour of Ghana yesterday to promote US investment in the continent .. as if US hasn’t had enough of its problem?  me worry?
