The Palm Islands, the roof top tennis match between Agassi and Federer in 2005, (Louvre museum to build branch in Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE) .. petrodollar gained Dubai a lot of world attention. .. But a 15-year old French boy was raped in Dubai, the main city of UAE is facing jail time. On my first trip to Europe fm HK, the flight had to stop by Dubai (?) to refuel. There wasn’t much light in the city, :).. .. Regardless of what shows and props the mideast put out there, I think the rise of Chidia, especially India would have a positive influence over its neighbor. Fighting a war in Iraq might not be as effective as aiding the developments of India. The vast little India’s pressure is more urgent, imminent and immediate than the far away land of USA.
