Each race and group has its own set of characters due to geography. But there are certainly exceptions to this measure. That’s why for each individual we need to deal individually.
It seems political correctness trumps over scientific evidence. Will a policy serves the need better if it were based on political correctness? Perhaps that’s why after so many decades Africa is stagnated at where it is today.
