Among Apple, French or Cosmo .. Princeton is another martini that I like: Gordon’s gin, Cinzano dry vermouth and Rose’s lime cordial. The name has something to do with prohibition in the 20s, and ivy league’s amateur chemists, :). I’m sure you can figure out the rest. Although I love wine on daily basis, but I crave martini on occasions. Last time in the bar adjacent to the Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, the bar maid was out of vermouth! It wasn’t the most appropriated place for a martini, but I thought ice hockey fans are different from the baseball crowds, :).
