A good manager

Less than 24 hours of posting the complain, I got this reply .. so I’m not the only one who read my blog?  Joke aside, someone is doing a great job.  Hey David, thank you and hope that you’ll be moving into that corner office soon.  Oh, when you do, pls raise my hourly rate, will you?  :) There are achievers and there are followers, 20% n 80% theory.

You stated that no one was phoned you back. While I am the store manager for Fortnuoff in PA, I belive the customer should always come first (I learned from my bubby and grandfather years a go when they ran their small taylor shop). Please let me know how I can assist you and help in resolving this matter - I will gladly do everything I can for you.

Couple more e-mails ensued, he’s direct and to the point, trying to right the wrong.  Doesn’t he put a great face for the store?  I think he did and I’m pleased, although I solved it myself.  But raising my hourly rate is depending on him when he becomes the CEO, a deal David?  Good luck and thank you.
