Tulip
Tulip is my favored flower, simple and elegant (so are Georgia K’Keeffe’s paintings). When we came to see this house, there was a single yellow tulip amid bare surroundings, was very striking. Golfer planted a lot, but don’t know what’s happened to them this year, :-(.
Holland is very much associated with tulip .. aside from bicycling, raised river, flower, diamond, .. there was the famed red district. .. window shopping, :)) .. but compares to Hamburg, it’s really 小巫见大巫.
