Cant understand the Americans’ obsession with out door cafe .. … it’s more like vacuum to me. A huge piazza or pedestrian only zone is the normal in Europe for an out door café where the roadside is the normal here. Why would anyone want to enjoy a drink that’s mixed with exhaust?
