Yesterday my g/fs mom asked me to try on several outfits she needed to buy for her son’s g/f and her step daughter. The mom and the other friend kept bringing in more stuff, and during one of such, they lingered in the dressing room, didn’t want to leave. Hello, am I suppose to strip tease there? After few awkward seconds, I gently nudge them out. Mom said, “oh, she’s so shy, what’s the big deal? We don’t mind …” Ya right, but I do. I could just image what my aunt would do. She’ll inspect me closely, and even pinch my back, waist and thighs, as if to see I have enough meat for my bones, lol … Nainai used to do that, and always complained that I lost weight. In fact, of course I never lost weight, always gaining, steadily. Nothing sexual or dirty, just the way most Chinese are. Actually she might have felt insulted or feeling rejected … like many instances, I’d call my close friend’s parents as Dad n Mom and they do the same to my Dad. I wouldn’t let them stay, not because they are not dear, just I don’t feel comfortable. Pls don’t mind my dear, I love you all, :).
